This movie did a good job connecting the characters’ worst things they did to how they act and perceive other people’s actions. It shows the uncomfortable exploration of modern relationships and dark secrets.
This movie also touches on a broader policy issue within America that led to Emma’s worst thing she ever thought of doing, but also the reason she had stopped her plan.
